Engineered Chain · 1.630" Pitch · Standard / Hardened Pins
Base agricultural pitch (1.630") engineered chain with hardened pin surfaces. The workhorse of the Timken CA-series attachment lineup — twenty pre-configured assemblies with U-style, C-style, and A-style attachments for combine cleaning shoes, feeder houses, grain elevators, planter drives, and round-baler pickup chains.

- Duty: Standard / Hardened Pins
- Attachments: U-style, C-style, and A-style brackets welded or integrated into sideplates at factory-set pitch intervals.
- Sold as: Pre-assembled sections to a specified overall length. Cannot be cut or resized by the end user.

- CA550 — Base chain series (pitch + duty level)
- XXX — Assembly configuration number (001, 002, 017, 044, etc.) — Timken internal catalog ID
- TYPE — Attachment code (see legend below)
- N — Number of attachments in the assembly
