Multi-strand connecting links are required to close a 2-strand roller chain loop around your sprockets. Each 2-strand connecting link joins all 2 rows simultaneously with a single assembly, ensuring proper alignment and even load distribution across every strand. Available in 12 ANSI sizes from #35 through #240, covering the full range of 2-strand power transmission applications. Smaller sizes (#35–#60) use spring clip retention for easy field service. Larger sizes (#80+) use cottered pins with shepherd’s hook cotter or T-pins for secure high-load applications.
