Multi-strand connecting links are required to close a 5-strand roller chain loop around your sprockets. Each 5-strand connecting link joins all 5 rows simultaneously with a single assembly, ensuring proper alignment and even load distribution across every strand. Available in 3 ANSI sizes from #100 through #140, covering the full range of 5-strand power transmission applications. All sizes use cottered pins with shepherd’s hook cotter or T-pins for secure retention in high-load, multi-strand applications.
