Returns & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Lambear Industries does not accept returns or offer exchanges. The only exception is a product that arrives defective, or proves defective due to a manufacturing fault.

Defective Products

If your product arrives defective or fails because of a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. To start a defective-product claim:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a description of the defect (photos help us resolve claims faster).
  • Keep the product and its original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Once the defect is verified, we will — at our discretion — ship a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

No Returns on Non-Defective Items

Many of our products are sourced and shipped directly from the manufacturer, so we are unable to accept returns of non-defective product. Please review specifications, dimensions, and compatibility carefully before ordering. If you are unsure a part is right for your application, contact us before you buy — we are glad to help you choose correctly.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you believe you ordered the wrong item, contact us and we will do our best to help, but exchanges are not guaranteed.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged from shipping, contact us within 5 business days with photos of the product and the packaging so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds (defective items only) are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear after approval.
