Product Description
The Timken 239 Series is a thin-section , double-row, self-aligning spherical roller bearing built for large-bore, low-profile applications. With a smaller cross-section than the heavier 230/231/232 series at the same bore size, the 239 fits into space-constrained large-shaft housings while still delivering Timken’s self-aligning geometry and brass machined finger cage durability. Common on centrifugal pump shafts, large electric motors, paper-machine rolls, marine propulsion, and wind-turbine main shafts where housing envelope is tight but bore diameters are large. Why 239 vs.
