Timken Fafnir two-bolt flanged housed units mount to flat surfaces, structural members, and equipment frames using two mounting bolts. The diamond-shaped or oval flange provides a compact mounting footprint ideal for conveyor idlers, fan frames, pillow-block alternatives on vertical surfaces, and applications where a pillow block’s footprint is too large or the mounting orientation requires a flat surface. Five housing series are available: RCJT (standard), RCJTC (compact), GRFTD (food-grade), VFMST (V-Lock Martin Sure-Tight), and YCJTM (metric). Each accepts a Fafnir insert bearing with spherical O.D.
