The Quadra-Flex® coupling sleeve is the replaceable elastomeric element at the heart of every Quadra-Flex coupling assembly. It absorbs shock loads, dampens torsional vibration, and compensates for angular, parallel, and axial misalignment — all without metal-to-metal contact between the coupling halves. Sleeves are available in 13 sizes (3 through 16) covering torque ratings from 78 to 47,250 in-lb, and in multiple elastomer compounds to match your application’s temperature, chemical, and load requirements.
