Timken large-bore set screw insert bearings are extended inner ring bearings designed for agricultural shafts from 2″ to 3-7/16″ diameter. These inserts feature a spherical outer ring that compensates for shaft misalignment. Available in multiple seal configurations including heavy contact rubber seals, Tri-Ply sealed, and double mechani-seal variants for combine rotors, large auger drives, and grain handling equipment. Lambear Industries carries these large-bore inserts for the heavy-shaft applications that standard insert bearings can’t reach.
