Quintuple Strand Roller Chain — USA Roller Chain
Timken Drives quintuple strand (5-strand) precision roller chain delivers 5× the load capacity of single strand chain, manufactured in Fulton, Illinois using the highest quality American alloy steel. Available in ANSI sizes #80 through #140, covering heavy-duty power transmission, conveyor drives, and industrial equipment applications.
Every Drives chain features solid rollers for reduced wear, heat-treated components for maximum fatigue resistance, and is pre-loaded during manufacturing for minimal initial elongation. All chains are 100% factory tested to meet or exceed ANSI B29.1 standards.
Select your chain size and reel length above. Standard construction is riveted for small pitch sizes (#35–#60) and cottered for large pitch sizes (#80+). All chain is sold by the foot in full reels.
